What this means

The licence is B-rated (downgraded). The sponsor is on a Home Office action plan and usually cannot assign new certificates until it is back to A.
Ongoing duties apply: right to work checks, reporting changes on the SMS and keeping records up to date.
UKVI can suspend or revoke a licence without prior warning if duties are not met.

Based on the Home Office register last updated 23 Oct 2026. Always confirm with the official register.
